First Meeting
21-23 January 2010 in Leoben, Austria
In order to organize, plan and coordinate the project, representatives of the partner countries will meet four times during the course of the next two years. The first meeting was held at the Down-Syndrome Institute in Leoben, Austria.
Bernadette Wieser, director of the DS-Institute and initiator of "Yes we can!", extended an invitation to her EU-partners so that they could introduce themselves to one another and also discuss the details of the project.

She developed the projects programme and successfully applied for a grant from the Grundtvig Programme "Lifelong Learning". Anita Hotter is the project manager of "Yes we can!".
